Welcome to Maricopa, Arizona, located just 16 miles south of the Phoenix metropolitan area and 45 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. We are one of the newest, fastest growing cities in Pinal County. Maricopa was incorporated in 2003 and has grown from 1500 residents to over 43,000 residents in just a few short years. Although we have grown so rapidly there is still that small town feel.  

Since Maricopa is such a young city, and our subdivision homes have been built since 2002 it offers a unique opportunity to purchase a home that is relatively new.  If you are looking to build a new home we also have home builders ready to build. If you are looking for a second home or investment home Maricopa is a great investment.
